Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing from G MANTRA AYURVEDA. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return or replacement process.

1. Cancellation by G MANTRA AYURVEDA

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product being unavailable
• Incorrect product pricing or information
• Payment failure or verification issues
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Technical errors
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, incorrectly delivered, missing from the order, or verified as defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, the order number, packaging details, or other information to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy as applicable.

1. Return Conditions

For products eligible for return, the product should generally be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• Complete with labels and accessories, where applicable
• Accompanied by the order details or invoice

Due to hygiene, safety, and product-quality considerations, certain personal-care, cosmetic, Ayurvedic, herbal, or consumable products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where required by applicable law.

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Product unavailable after payment
• Incorrect product supplied
• Product damaged during delivery
• Verified defective product
• Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law

Refund eligibility will be determined after reviewing the relevant order and circumstances.

1. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable except where the refund or reimbursement is required due to an error attributable to G MANTRA AYURVEDA or otherwise required by applicable law.

1. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no advance payment may have been collected.

If an eligible COD order is cancelled before delivery, there may be no payment to refund.

1. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the shipment, we may contact the customer regarding re-shipment or refund, subject to applicable terms and charges.

1. Exchange or Replacement

Where a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including a refund where appropriate.

1. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

We reserve the right to investigate claims involving suspected fraud, repeated misuse of return/refund facilities, false damage claims, or other abusive activity, subject to applicable law.
